Additional Rules

Rule
What It Means
Why It Matters

3‑Minute Verification Window

A new or re‑joining member must finish the web‑portal checklist within 3 minutes of joining the group.

Prevents drive‑by spammers and bots from lingering in your member list.

Automatic Kick‑out

If the 3‑minute timer expires or the user fails any requirement, VeriX removes them from the group instantly.

Keeps the chat free of unverified or under‑qualified accounts.

15‑Minute Cooldown

After removal (timeout or failed check), the user must wait 15 minutes before Telegram will let them rejoin.

Reduces retry spam and gives users time to fix token balance or enter the correct DOB.

Non‑Retroactive Rule Changes

When admins change /setage, /settoken, or /setamount, current members remain unaffected. Only users who join after the change must meet the new criteria.

Avoids mass removals and maintains community stability when requirements evolve.

Admin Safeguards

• Only owners or trusted staff should use the /set* commands. • Do not remove VeriX’s “Ban Users” privilege—it’s required for enforcement.

Protects against accidental mis‑configuration or rogue admin actions.

Privacy & Data Handling

• DOB is hashed; raw value is never exposed. • Wallet addresses are stored only for balance verification.

Builds user trust and meets regulatory obligations.

Phishing / Impersonation Warning

VeriX never asks for private keys or seed phrases. Verification only happens via the official portal and a standard “Sign Message” flow.

Educates members to ignore fake bots or links that could compromise their wallets.
